Season 3: season of the buzz cut (Voyeurs web on), the incredible expanding McGee and few Sarahs - one mention in Ravenous and some ipod pictures.

McGee's vision of Kate is S & M cop outfit. Abby whacks him on the head for it. You KNOW she can see what he's thinking. Gibbs puts McGee on Abby watch in the lab.McGee enjoys the view of Abby's butt while she's in the evidence garage.
S3E2 - Kill Ari 2
McGee doesn't want to see Kate dead in austopsy but does in the end, Tony follows him. He sees visions of Kate lying in the filing cabinet drawer. McGee looks like he actually hugs Abby and then uses it as a move to get her out of the chair. He hugs him over his shoulders. McGee seems surprised that Abby can drive a stick and yet the car he drove at age 16 was a manual. Maybe that's why he crashed it.
S3E3 - Mind Games
McGee on his knees in a chimney with agent Cassidy on his back. Askes Tony if they actually have kneepads. Its a good question. She's not even in the team and she's on top of him.Tony reminds McGee "remember what I told you about the poison ivy". McGee says yes but forgot by season 4. Abby and McGee have the conversation about luck, science and GIbbs.
McGee helps Ziva wipe down her face and McZiva or McGiva is born. Ziva and McGee get pushed in the water. McGee tells Ziva he's glad she's there because now he's not the newbie. Abby says she thinks she loves McGee. Competing McAbby.
McGee tells Abby of Ziva's impressive photographic memory. Abby is jealous. makes coments about getting a room and the line about leaving no forensic evidence...see quotes.
McGee admits to reading Harry Potter books. Contains the scene with Abby dressed as career girl barbie and then her changing back into her clothes while McGee watches. We get to see the cross tatoo on her back.
Ziva drives the van back - first time we see her drive. It's Tony who throws up, not McGee but I think he gets to sit in the smelly seat.
McGee is seen to run far more slowly that Gibbs or Tony.

McGee is the subject of credit card fraud. If you are quick, you'll see the name Chad Murray flash up on the screen after McGee has slammed the phone down a few times. Chad is Sean Murray's brother in post production. McGee has an array of plastic cards including Diners (why?). McGee has never heard of 'Forest Hump'. McGee goes undercover in a Hawaiian shirt which is not a good look for him. Ziva helps him with buttons and gives him a pat on the face.
Gibbs is worried McGee might break his neck - not worried about Tony. McGee sure knows his monkey species.

McGee mentions his girlfriend is always sending him wierd videos, Tony dobts he has one. McGee knows his Star Wars characters, big surprise. Tony won't kick a Probie when he's down. The corpse dog found something interesting in McGee's backside. McGee isn't allergic to the cat in this episode, must be breed specfic. The picture behind Tony's desk with the three men, one in a vest, can be seen behind McGee's desk in Season 4.
The scene where Abby says "I can't take this anymore" is an adlib. Look at the look on their little faces. Ziva tricked McGee into revealing info about Tony's private life, including the Honey Dust from SWAK.

McGee in a waiter's suit. Not very impressed when he sees the stae of the bed in the hotel room. Also doesn't believe the FBI agents when they say Tony and Ziva aren't acting. McGee gets to play dead in the hotel room. The only time so far you get to see him 'unconcious". Offers to drive Tony home instead of Ziva.
S3E9 - Frame up
Chips last hurrah. Ziva rates McGee's butt 4/5. Contains the cell scene where Tony grabs McGee through the bars and they walk off like buddies at the end. McGee plays harmonica - but not as well as Fornell. McGee tries to placate Abby about her forensic fears. Also tries to slip her a caf-pow while she is sleeping on the desk.

Big McGee episode. Continas the scene where Tony goes over to cheer up McGee. McGee doesn't think he's but out to be a special agent. See more of his apartment. He types at the typwriter. Note socks on wooden floor again.- vulnerable = slippery. Abby hugs McGee in autopsy.
Sean Murray had a birthday while this was being filmed. This is the first time we heard about McGee's gaming identity Elf Lord. We heard from Tony but Gibbs and Zuva soon know. Gibbs McGee claims he doesn't watch much TV but watches Wild On and the 'reality' show they are investigating.
S3E12 - Boxed In
Not a lot for McGee to do other that chase after Tony and Ziva with Gibbs. Not keen on Gibb's fast driving. Apparently he doesn't like conversations in the head. When Ziva invites McGee for dinner, he brings wine and dessert.

McGee is late because he is at a writers conference dressed in his tweed sports coat with elbow patches, turtle neck sweater and writing pipe. Tony gives him a lot of grief over it. Ziva defends him, Abby jealous. McGee has forgotten to help Abby out with her charity work with habitate fro humanity. His pennace is to wear the workman's hat. When McGee gets too stressed Abby pushes his chair out the door.
This is the episode where McGee gets to interrogate the bully, and seek revenge for his miserable school life.

McGee thinks his role in NCIS movies is the 'Plucky comic relief' - I love Galaxy Quest. McGee gets to hold a baby, and is not impressed. He is, however, impressed with Gibbs and watches intently as Gibbs not only calms the baby but prepares the formula. Note how small the baby is in this scene and how large it is when it is standing up in his cot.
McGee managed to dodge most of the vomit in the interview but knocks the coffee cup out of Gibbs' hand and has to get him another. Gibbs tell him to keep hunting until he (McGee) is satisfied.
Questions the importance of Abby's findings and receives a whack on the head from Gibbs. Abby gets mad at him and hits him on the arm after Gibbs leaves. He appologises.

Tony calls McGee chuckly head, knuckle head and ...there was another one, I've forgotten. McGee isn't too impressed with the mortuary owner blowing ashes over them. Watch his arms during the scene, crossed, uncrossed, crossed, uncrossed. NCIC continutity is a fun sport.
McGee says he considered becoming a vegetarian after finding the butcher shop in the warehouse. He is also not keen about breaking into the warehouse (how many of those things are there in the US) but is OK with hacking into the DMV, which Gibbs reminds him is against the law.
McGee corrects Ziva's English and she thanks him.

McGee scores a date with agent Larsen, thanks to Tony. reportedly stay out until 2am. Not the type to kiss and tell. Find sister's photo on ipod. McGee ipod music: Barry Manilow (Ultimate Manilow), Julie Andrews (sound of Music), Zamfir (pan flute Master - the lonely shepard). Director interrogates Gibbs team about the case, all fold. Abby indicates they might attend church together sometime.

McGee hurled on Ducky's shoes at his first autopsy. McGee was a WEBLOS. Has to 'bag the poo', Never seen Deliverance. Tony, Ziva and McGee eat burritos for breakfast (remember when a sandwhich and an apple lasted him all day). Contains the lab hug after M talks about case and A thinks he's talking about Gibbs fogetting her birthday. Watch Gibbs eyeing McGee the whole scene. McGee very unfit on trail. Another Sarah! The redneck's alibi daughter.

Slap fest with Abby and McGee. McGee's new shoes are sqeaky. notes the kids bedroom is a lot like Abby's. Another McGee not paying attention to Abby and Abby hitting him. Abby calls him Elf Lord to encourage him to hit her. Has the bit where McGee hits Abby and then runs for it. McGee inadvertantly calls Tony 'Boss'. Pizza regurgitation scene at the end.
S3E19 - Iced
Doctor recommended McGee use Femme Glow for his dry skin. See's nothing wrong in bubble baths. Tries to be tough this episode - wears the sunglasses, uses old spice aftershave at work. Tries a beard Tony strokes it and says it feels like a bunny rabbit. McGee's spanish is a bit rusty. Does knuckle cracking in interrogation, Tony says he can be quite intimidating. Tony calls McGee Probalicious. McGee had a manicure once because he tore a cuticle.
S3E20 - Bloodbath
McGee geso to Abby's lab to see her in her court suit, lies unconvincingly. Gassing in lab, fume cabinet not used. No shower scene (grrr). Gibbs says he gave McGee the inspirational calendar, not sure if that's true. Abby spends the night at McGees, obviously been there before, hints that other women have stayed there - ladybird toothbrush, shirt smelling like J-Lo glo, waxing kit in the bathroom drawer. Can't see any shaving equipment at all in there - maybe he waxes his face. TV is seen on wall in the bedroom. There are monkey print curtains in the bathroom. McGee mentions Abby likes to play with Vodoo dolls. Abby plays the video game "the Godfather" on McGee's computer. McGee offers to sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag. Never find out if he did. There are no hats on the rear hooks and the dartboard is on the back of the door. He has a car at this point but not mentioned what kind. Threatens to tie Abby up. Gibbs makes McGee kneel for his penance. Abby messed up his motherboard so badly he had to reset the bias. McGee was fixing the typewriter, the paper reel and spindles are on his work bench. Abby throws the typewriter at Michael the Goth stalker ex. When in the lab, McGee keeps ringing Abby to make sure she's OK.
S3E21 - Jeopardy

S3E23 - Hiatus 1
McGee avoids looking at the crime scene after GIbbs is blown up. Ziva calls him on it but Tony cuts him some slack. Very worried about Gibbs' health, even interrupting Tony's interrogation. Avoids looking at crime scene photos when in Abbys lab, make his way around to the back of the screen. Then witnesses the Abby/Ziva slap scene and runs off to tell Tony. The result is the famous elevator collision scene where Tony gets a blood nose and uses McGee's tie to wipe the blood. Maybe this is why he refused to wear ties in season 4. Tony accuses McGee of not liking the sight of blood. McGee calls Tony on his Gibbs impersonation.

Abby hugs McGee when the Director tells them Gibbs is out of the coma. McGee refers to his car crash again (Hometown Hero) and says the whole day is a blank - except for the things he remembered before. McGee used to walk around in high school with his notebook in front of his..... Says he was in high school 15 years ago, combined with information about his junior year (18 as a junior iat MIT - Conspiracy Theory) we can work out he is 27-30 inclusive at this point. Refers to Abby being much older. McGee nearly falls off chair when the re-creation has sound effects.
