S2E1 - See no Evil
McGee doesn't believe in he paranormal - especially crop circles. Gets Abby some evidence in exchange for an invitation to view the new tat. I think this is the episode Sean Murray said he had trouble with the lines about the updraught or downdraight of the helicopter.
S2E4 - Lt Jane Doe
McGee meets up with Petty Officer Cynthia Cluxton. Abby calls McGee Mr Goodwrench when he is under her desk rewiring her hot box. Ok, its a very suggestive scene with him under the desk. I swear she said "while you're down there...", just after "now get back down there". Abby jealous of McGee and PO Cluxton - accuses them of exchanging bodily fluids.
S2E5 - The Bone Yard
McGee "grapples" with Kate. McGee did some high school wrestling. Kate kicks him- but noti n the butt. Abby assures him they torture because they care.
S2E6 - Terminal LeaveS2E13 - The Meat Puzzle
McGee gets to feel under the dead boy of Mr Goldberg in a coffin. Also says he used to grind his teeth in his sleep as a kid and had to wear a retainer at night. Abby says he still should.
S2E14 - Witness
McGee falls for Erin Kendall, apartment 2B, like all love interests this series she dies. The others turn out to be murders. Tony says McGee wasn't potty trained until he was six. Abby jealous of McGee and Erin. McGee tells Erin he ended up as a federal agent by design, he always wanted to be in law enforcement. McGee forgets to clear the room when going to help Erin, gets hit by a lamp. Tony tells him to get back on the job and catch the bastard. McGee gets hypnotised. McGee writes sympthy note to Erin's parents. S2E16 - Pop Life Claims he never went to Teaz, a hot club in Norfolk, while he was stationed there. Episode where Abby and Palmer get stuck together and McGee gives them that look. Also the episode where Kate bakes cookies and Tony eats them over McGee's head - then sweeps the crumbs away. McGee used to work in a bank and he doesn't disappoint Abby.
S2E18 - Bikini Wax
Unfamiliar with swirlies, but familiar with noogies, wedges and melvins. Never did the whole spring break thing. Watches MTV. Attempts to eat hamburger, stopped by Tony. Then gets sea sick in dock ( I know someone else with this problem). As soon as he gets on the water, he starts feeling queasy. Tries breathing into a paper bag. Has taken 6 dramamine. McGee goes through the car wash chasing after Jonathan Redding with Gibbs.
S2E19 - Conspiracy Theory
McGee was a 18 when he was a junior at MIT. Interview sex addict woman. Makes sure the door is open when they are doing the interview.McGee is not a virgin. Sometimes he thinks he might have been in love. Wears boxers and tighty-whiteys depending on occassion. On this occassion: Boxers. First time he gets to drive the car somewhere but we don't see that happen until season 4.
2E20 - Red Cell
First look at McGee's apartment. Playing online shot-em-up with David on this dual headed display. Wearing boxers, Kate bet on tighty-whitey, should have asked the sex addict in the previous episode. Wearing MIT shirt? Also socks so he can slide around the room frantically. Tony find the manuscript on McGee's writing desk: "Deep Six: The Continuing Adventures of L.J. Tibbs." Kate finds a box of dinosaur cereal. Collects old records and old writing stuff. Has a writing pipe for inspiration There is NO COUCH. After they leave, scantily clad woman emerges from bedroom. Later turns out to be his sister Sarah (it's on the closing credits). Sleeping in the same bed as your scantily clad sister. Ew. Maybe he slept on the floor. No couch, remember. McGee did his independent study at MIT in advanced string theory so he knows the difference between homolgy and co-homolgy. Tongue sticking out scene with Abby. Recognises the docking station for the new Axxum X-5 handheld computer. Gibbs gets so mad at McGee that for while he won't talk to him. Contains the Gibbs/Tony neck twist scene. McGee looses faith that he can beat the other computer guy. McGees college GPA was 3.9. He failed a fencing class in his Sophomore year (note actor's mother was an Autralian fencing champion).

McGee takes the bus to work. On his 16th birthday McGee's parents gave him an '84 Camaro Z-28 five-speed. Presumably he can drive a manual (That's stick in the US). First day he got behind the wheel he had a 'thing' - took his eyes of the road for a moment to figure out the wipers and when he looked up there was a bus right in front of him. He a student pass the day he got out of traction. Tony gives him a hug: "I didn't know". McGee and Abby tell Tony he turns into Gibbs when he's not around. Abby tried to get McGee to fix the mass spec, he thinks it might be the power supply but it would help if he had the service manual. He can't fix it, turns out it's a simple short. They don't teach that in MIT. Abby and McGee debate who will ask GIbbs if they can go home. Do rock paper scissors. McGee doesn't know who Gary Cooper was.

Contains THAT shower scene. Only time you'll ever see McGee's naked feet. Note they seem to be wearing white pants in the shower but it WAS done Commando. No evidence of tatoos on either Kate or McGee' butts. Yes I checked REALLY closely. McGee has never been sake-bombing. McGee says he gets colds all the time and yet we've never seen it in four years. McGee has never heard of honey dust. McGee had a parking space next to Cassie Yates at Norfolk. They have assigned spaces? Wow. The girl whose mother sent the powder was called Sarah.

McGee joins the team and is promoted to full time field agent by the end. Gets to balance Kate on his shoulders as she breaks into the house. First in a long line of 'carrying the team'. Tells Kate he has a little sister whose not neat and tidy.
Team McGee does it again - but apparently Abby is the brains. I always thought she was the whacky team mascot. This is the one where they hack into the pentagon. Then the writers are surprised when their fans download episodes illegally.

McGee plays Unreal Tournament in the Multiple Threat Assessment Center against the boy they are protecting. Has read Moonstone, the first true English detective novel. gets on with the boy MUCH better than Tony. McGee has special ordered once.

Abby bets McGee 20 bucks that kate will wear her hat. Kate is in on it. Graduated top of his class at FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center). Then searches the poison ivy (Toxicodendron radicans) patch. Abby suggests Calamine solution for the poison ivy. McGee says he looks like a circus freak. Has to pull down pants for Ducky as he 'relive' himself. Something he probably repeated in season 4. The look on Palmer's face. Ducky had a similar reaction when he was younger with a Sarah. Abby tells McGee that Tony tangled with poison ivy in his first ivy.

McGee feels guilty about handing Tony the envelope in SWAK. Kate tell him that Tony told all the girls dowstairs that he was gay to cut down on competition. Recognises corn snakes. McGee and Kate team up against Tony.
