S1E7 - Sub Rosa
Tony is 32!
McGee helps Gibbs search for Ari. A lot of Kate/McGee this episode. McGee helps out in the case but forgets to go to the hotel in person to check the ID. McGee worried that Gibbs will find out he stuffed up.
S1E7 - Sub Rosa
McGee appears as Norfolk probie, apparently right handed for his holster and gun, still writes left handed. I once had to write with my wrong hand all though a stage play. Cramped something horrid. Note baggy suit. McGee calls Tony 'sir' at first and Tony at the end.. Wears the grey/brown coat. Not gerat with bodies burnt with acid. Nearly throws up in his mask. Tony checks out out his threads.
Tattooed butt with 'MOM' to impress Abby (checked SWAK shower scene it wasn't there.). Went out to lunch with her. Tells Tony hs has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from John Hopkins and Masters in Computing Foresnsics, from MIT. See McGee's tiny Norfolk office. Filing system non-existent.

S1E18 - Unsealed
McGee on car backup for Kate. Allowed to carry gun in left hand now. Tony give McGee his first head slap. Critiques Tony's Tommy Lee Jones impersonation. McGee doesn't have Herpes. McGee interrupts his first Gibbs interrogation. McGee says he is above fantasies that every gay woman secretly want to have sex with a guy.

S1E19 - Dead Man Talking
My favorite of the season 1's. This is where we see the potential of the Tony/McGee brother relationship.
McGee drives 193 miles to arrive at 7am and appologises for being 5 minutes late. Brings a sandwich, a drink and an apple in his briefcase to last the day.Tony tries to steal sandwhich, Abby defends McGee. Tony still eats the apple. Abby offers McGee a place to stay.
McGee admitts to doing some hinky thing with Abby but says it was all her idea. McGee's first stake out - with Tony. McGee tells Tony her writes mysteries based on actual cases McGee gets to dig through garbage. Uses left eye on movie camera.

McGee - how do I take the safety off?
S1E20 - Missing
McGee comes up from Norfolk to help out when Tony goes missing. Kate says to take Tony's desk. At the end the tell Tony he's irreplaceable - then he sees McGee at his desk. Not much McGee.

S1E22 - A weak Link
McGee and Abby go on a date on a Sunday night to Buzzed: a coffeee house with a poetry night. McGee likes Poetry and writes one for Abby, complete with finger clicks.Drinks double expressos. Tells Abby he really, really likes her. They fight. McGee still mad at her in the morning.They make up in the lab after a bit of cummunal hacking. Abby leans over McGee and types with him so he can type faster. What were the writers thinking?
S1E23 - Reveille
S1E23 - Reveille
We find out McGee spent the night with Abby. He is shocked to find he slept in a coffin not a boxed sofa bed...and not just slept. GIbbs is amused. Lab flirting: Abby tells McGee he's cute and McGee says he likes it bit can't concetrate - Aby hug from behind. It's 193 miles to Newport.
