Officer Samuel Tate: Mid 20s, an incredibly nice, somewhat nerdy and offbeat grad student. Tate is working as a campus security guard at Georgetown University. However, the NCIS team discovers that Tate may not be as friendly as he appears. Guest Star;
Carolyn Campbell: 19, a college sophomore and cheerleader. Carolyn is the steady girlfriend of Seaman James Petty. Seemingly sweet and innocent, she soon becomes a suspect when her boyfriend is found dead. Guest Star;
